When replacing missing teeth we avoid using removable dentures. Placing implants or permanently cemented bridges (on natural teeth) seems to be a better solution. Prosthetic crowns are also an excellent example of a tooth repair. They are made of a special gold and platinum alloy that makes the crowns more durable. We can obtain a very precise crown fit by means of a gold alloy, it is bactericidal as well. With a porcelain that covers the metal, a gold base is not visible at all. You can expect many years of fine service from a precisely made crown. For anterior restoration we propose ceramic crowns that give an ideal esthetic effect.
